CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

During construction, we will be your eyes and ears throughout the building process.  Our years of experience affords us the knowledge to resolve issues before they become costly problems for the owner.  While maintaining our team philosophy, we coordinate and find solutions every step of the way.  During the construction period, we will be available on-site, at meetings, or wherever the client needs us, providing such services as:

• Overall construction review to assure all objectives are being met

• Advising on progress of work

• Reviewing all schedules, forecasts, etc.

• Expediting information exchange between all parties

• Assessing change order proposals and bid alternates

• Maintaining project budget vs. cost reports
